1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MedBoardPRO ("the Platform"), operated by FxMEDUS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MedBoardPRO is a medical exam preparation platform that provides clinical vignette questions, AI powered tutoring, spaced repetition flashcards, performance analytics, and study planning tools. The Platform is designed for educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. If you are a medical student under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed for your personal, noncommercial educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform except as permitted by these terms.

You specifically agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with any other person; (b) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform; (c) reproduce or redistribute question content, explanations, or flashcard content; (d) use the Platform to develop competing products or services; (e) attempt to reverse engineer the Platform's AI systems, algorithms, or data models.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, flashcards, AI generated responses, software, graphics, and design elements, is the property of FxMEDUS, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The MedBoardPRO name, logo, and shield design are trademarks of FxMEDUS, LLC.

6. AI Services Disclaimer

The Platform includes AI powered features that generate educational content, explanations, and study recommendations. AI generated content is provided for educational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should independently verify any medical information provided by the AI. The AI does not provide medical advice, and its outputs should not be relied upon for clinical decision making.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

MedBoardPRO is a study tool. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing any medical licensing examination, achieving any specific score, or matching into any residency program. Exam readiness scores, predictions, and recommendations are estimates based on your performance data and should not be treated as definitive predictions of exam outcomes.

8. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Platform is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers, modify features, or change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Beta users will receive advance notification of any changes to pricing or feature availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business interests. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FxMEDUS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
